Training Provider Directory Policy

• EBPHI welcomes contact information listings from home inspection training providers. EBPHI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline to post a directory listing submitted by any person or entity. Listings of products and services unrelated to home inspection training are not accepted.
• EBPHI provides these home inspection training/education (third-party) contact information and links for informational purposes only. EBPHI does not control third-party services and is not responsible for any third-party services, claims or content. EBPHI does not review or endorse and makes no warranty regarding any third-party services or any products, content or communications from any third-party. User accepts full responsibility for independent judgment regarding any third-party services.
• Listings posted within 10 days of receipt of payment and acceptance of content by EBPHI.

Training Provider Directory Rates

Listing Option	Annual Rate
+PLUS LOGO Basic and website listing, PLUS your company, school or program logo	$750.00
+PLUS WEBSITE ADDRESS Basic listing, PLUS a link to your website	$500.00
BASIC Your company, school or program name, telephone number, city and state	$300.00
Each additional physical location state listing	$50.00
Each additional virtual state listing	$10.00

Logo Specifications

• File formats accepted: JPG and GIF
• Logo dimensions not to exceed 160 pixels wide x 80 pixels high
• Logo file not to exceed 5Kb

Terms, Conditions and Agreement
Effective December 2007

1. EBPHI provides home inspection training/education (third-party) contact information and links for informational purposes only.
2. EBPHI does not control third-party services and is not responsible for any third-party services, claims or content.
3. EBPHI does not review or endorse and makes no warranty regarding any third-party services or any products, content or communications from any third party.
4. EBPHI reserves the right to reject or cancel any listing at any time at its sole discretion.
5. By clicking "Accept," you warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement by and on behalf of the Home Inspection Training Provider ("Provider")  for which you are purchasing a listing. You warrant and agree that any website link and/or logo art submitted has the approval of the training Provider. 
6. The Provider warrants and agrees that the logo art submitted does not infringe any third-party rights in copyright or other intellectual property.  The Provider agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EBPHI for all claims, damages, costs or liabilities arising out of any claim by a third-party that EBPHI's use of the logo art infringes any intellectual property right, including copyright or trademark rights.
7. The Provider warrants that the listing information provided to EBPHI for posting is complete and accurate.
8. Provider listings are displayed alphabetically by provider name per state, via searchable database. No requests for other display position are accepted.
9. Full payment is due to EBPHI for the agreed listing type and time period prior to posting in the Directory.
10. Paid listing services are not accepted without signed Agreement.
11. No cancellations are permitted.
12. Listings are renewable annually with 21 day notice, receipt of payment and signature of renewal Agreement.
